Dr Lyndall Bryant
Head of College - PhD, GradDip (Applied Finance & investment), BASc (Property Economics), Dip (Applied Science), AAPI CPV
Dr Lyndall Bryant is responsible for the pastoral welfare of students and staff in the College, its sound operation and financial health and for devising and delivering strategic plans consistent with the long term vision of the College.She is accountable to Women's College Council.
Dr Lyndall Bryant has a distinguished career in academia and in the leadership and management at some of Australia’s top companies including Macquarie Bank, Stockland, Mirvac, and Ernst and Young. She has served on many Boards and Committees within the University and outside it, and has won several awards for research and teaching.
Mr Jeff Sipek
Operations Manager - Dip Hotel and Restaurant Mgmt
Mr Jeff Sipek was appointed Operations Manager in 1989. He holds a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is responsible for all matters relating to the maintenance of the College, the general supervision of College's day-to-day operations, catering, conferences and functions.
Mrs Elsa Geringer
Business Manager - Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and Financial Management Services
Elsa joined the College in 2016. She is a chartered accountant with 13 years experience gained in both professional and commercial roles with expertise in project accounting management. The Business Manager is responsible for all the financial matters of College.
Ms Amy Henderson
Engagement & Marketing Manager - BA, Postgraduate in Project Management
Ms Amy Henderson was appointed Advancement Director in June 2014. With a title change in 2017 she became the Engagement and Marketing Manager. Her primary roles within the College include alumnae relations, fundraising, marketing, external relations and managing the archives. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts degree and postgraduate qualifications in Project Management. She has experience across a wide variety of fields, with a particular focus on public relations and marketing.
Dean of Learning
Dean of Learning - B Arts/Business Management
Ms Jessie Demnar commenced as Dean of Learning in 2017. She has a dual-degree in Arts and Business Management and was involved in with The National Association of Australian University Colleges (NAAUC) during her time at The University of Queensland. Jessie co-ordinates the College's tutorial program, provides residents with academic guidance and assists the Deputy Head of College in the pastoral care of our residents.
Mrs Anne Kuskopf
Conference Co-ordinator - Ass. Dip. Hospitality Management
Mrs Anne Kuskopf was appointed as Conferences & Events Co-ordinator in April 2010. After working for 8 years as a registered nurse and mid-wife, Anne commenced her studies in hospitality. She has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, including restaurant and event management at a number of 5 star hotels. Anne also owned a cafe/delicatessen and operated her own catering business prior to commencing at The Women's College. She is responsible for all matters relating to conferences, events and accommodation bookings and all related enquiries should be directed to her email.
Mrs Rhonda Henderson
Administration Officer - RGN
Mrs Rhonda Henderson was appointed as Administration Officer in 2011. Rhonda was a registered nurse for 20 years both within Australia and internationally. She is responsible for all general administrative matters in the College. All general enquiries should be directed to her.
Mrs Inga Holbaev
Bookkeeper - Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Mrs Inga Holbaev was appointed Bookkepper and Administration Officer in 2016. Inga has 12 years of experience in bookkeeping and administration within Australia and Internationally. She is responsible for assisting the Business Manager in all bookkeeping matters of College and undertaking the duties of the Administration Officer.
Ms Stephanie Stappung
Financial Accountant - CPA
Ms Stephanie Stappung was appointed Financial Accountant in 2017. Stephanie has 5 years experience in accounting within Australian and Internationally. She is responsible for assisting the Business Manager in all financial matters of College.

Sous Chef - Cert III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
Ms Katelyn Carmichael was appointed Sous Chef in 2009. The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in all matters relating to the kitchen. Katelyn has a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and Certificate 4 in Hospitality (Patisserie).
Mrs Barbara Hampson
House Keeper - Diploma in Copy Editing/Proof Reading
Mrs Barbara Hampson was appointed as House Keeper in 2007. Barbara worked for 20 years within the Department of Education Queensland prior to commencing at The Women's College. She is responsible for co-ordination of all the College cleaning staff who manage the high quality interior cleaning of all College facilities.
Other Staff Members
Dedicated and professional staff who provide balanced, nutritional and delicious meals for the residents. All dietary requirements are catered for and the kitchen provides a wide range of international culinary cuisines.
