Cocktail Function Menus

The Menus are set up to support the following regularly requested cocktail party options. Of course, if you require a cocktail function that is different please complete the enquiry form on this page and we can design a Cocktail function to suit your specific needs. Rates quoted are per person (pp). To review the menus for the current year, please check the specific menu tabs to help you choose menus – or you can let us do it for you.

Package C1 – Canapes with Beverages

  1. Choice of 5 canapes with 1 hour beverage package – $29.00pp
  2. Choice of 5 canapes with 2 hour beverage package – $50.00pp
  3. Per additional half hour (canapes and beverages) – $13.00pp
  4. Per additional canape over initial 5 quantity – $4.00pp

Package C2 – Canapes without Beverages

  1. Choice of 5 canapes with 1 hour service – $19.00pp
  2. Choice of 5 canapes with 2 hour service – $29.00pp
  3. Per additional canape over initial 5 quantity – $4.00pp

Menu Variations (see specific menu tabs)

  1. Nibble Platters (Guests help themselves) – Dips -$5pp, Antipasto – $8.50pp, Sushi & Vietnamese Rolls – $11pp, Cheese – $10pp
  2. Fork Dishes (additional) – $5 – $6pp
  3. Drinks time-based packages- 1hr -$22pp, 2hr – $27pp, 3hr – $32pp, 4hrs – $37pp
  4. Drinks consumption packages – $25per bottle wine, $5 per glass of wine or stubbie of beer
  5. Non Alcoholic Drinks Package – $2.50 per half hr

  • Sushi & Vietnamese roll platter – Selection of sushi rolls and rice paper rolls including vegetarian, seafood and meat available)
  • Cheese Platter – Selection of local and international soft, hard and blue cheeses with dried fruits and crackers
