Plated Function Menus 2019

The menus are flexible to support 2 or 3 courses and include a combination of entrée, mains and dessert.  Rates quoted are per person (pp). To review the menus for the current year, please check the specific menu tabs to help you choose menus – or you can let us do it for you.

2 Course Menu $50pp

Choose main course and either an entrée or dessert.

3 Course Menu $60pp

Choose select 3 courses.

For your information

  1. Both options include selection of Teas, freshly brewed coffee, juice and iced water
  2. Alternate drop menus are available at $5pp extra for 2 course and $10pp extra for 3 courses
  3. Include 1 alcoholic drink on arrival $5pp
  4. ‘Cakeage’ $4pp extra when served as a dessert
  5. Pre dinner canapes are available at $4pp per canape (Please refer to the cocktail menus) or $5pp for the chef’s choice of two canapes.
  6. Prices are based on 4hour function duration. Surcharges over 4hrs apply.

  • Mushroom and gruyere tart with a petite salad
  • House smoked duck pastrami with a cherry vinaigrette
  • Cajun prawn skewers with a pea brûlée
  • Blue swimmer crab croquettes with a citrus salad and Pomegranate molasses
  • Spanish salmon ensaladilla Rusa
  • Spiced quail with bacon popcorn
  • Brochettes of chicken coriander pesto saffron couscous

Plated Function Menus – Main Course Options

  • Sou vide chicken breast with roasted porcini gnocchi, zucchini ribbons and tomato olive sauce
  • Lamb shank with creamy polenta, broccolini and baby carrots
  • Roast fillet of beef with wilted spinach, truffle potato gratin, honey glazed baby carrots
  • Crisp skin barramundi, leek and potato rösti, sautéed wombok cabbage and vanilla coriander sauce
  • Spanish style roast pork belly with red wine tapioca, artichoke and green beans and a cherry jus
  • Dukkah crusted salmon with a citrus salad and pesto yoghurt
  • Glazed tofu with Asian greens and sesame rice (Vegan) (GF)
  • Tofu katsu curry (V) (GF) (Also available as an entrée)
  • Celeriac gnocchi with a watercress cream (V) (GF)

Plated Function Dessert Menus

  • Chocolate cherry torte with double cream and a cherry glaze
  • Strawberry mille fueille with mascarpone cream
  • Pineapple tart tatin with coconut ice cream
  • White chocolate rice pudding with poached fruits (GF)
  • Raspberry curd tart with raspberry coulis and double cream
  • Whiskey and honey mousse with a brown sugar meringue (GF)
