Working Lunch Menus 2019

The menus are set up to support and fit in with a working day or event. Rates quoted are per person (pp). To review the menus for the current year, please check the specific menu tabs to help you choose menus – or you can let us do it for you.

Dining Hall Lunch (Max 70 persons) $16pp

Full hot and cold buffet lunch in the college dining hall including at least 3 or 4 hot dishes, a vegetarian dish, cold meats and cheeses, full salad bar, selection of breads, whole and cut fruit

Standard Working Lunch Options – $28pp

  1. A selection of sandwiches, & wraps
  2. Turkish sandwiches with a selection of fillings.
  3. Salad lunch
  4. Quiche & salad lunch
  5. Sushi lunch (min 20 people)
  6. Mexican banquet (min 20 people)

All include selection of Teas, freshly brewed coffee, juice and iced water

Executive Working Lunch Options (Min 20 people) – $32pp.

Standard Working Lunch Menus

A Selection of Sandwiches, & Wraps with a selection of fillings such as

  • Chicken & Avocado,
  • Tuna & Mayonnaise
  • Shaved Leg ham, Swiss Cheese & Relish,
  • Smoked salmon caper cream cheese & cucumber,
  • Turkey, cranberry & Brie,
  • Chargrilled vegetable & Haloumi,
  • Egg mayonnaise & lettuce.
  • Chefs selection of 1 sweet items and Platter of sliced seasonal fruits

Bagels with a selection of fillings such as:

  • Ham, Swiss cheese and French mustard.
  • Turkey, cranberry & Brie,
  • Tasty cheese, relish & rocket,
  • Smoked chicken & Quince paste,. .
  • Steak and Seeded Mustard Mayo.
  • Char-grilled vegetable and Haloumi
  • Smoked salmon & Water cress
  • 1 dessert item (chef’s choice) and sliced fruit

 Salad Lunch – Choose 4 salads from the list below:

  • Smoked chicken and pear & walnut salad,
  • Thai pumpkin salad (V)
  • Baby beetroot bean & goats cheese (V)
  • Chicken Caesar
  • Roast Sweet potato quinoa & feta salad
  • Kale Chick pea and carrot Salad
  • Quinoa Supa food salad
  • Soba Noodle Teriyaki Chicken Salad
  • Selection of Artisan Breads
  • 1 dessert item (chefs choice) and sliced seasonal fruit

Quiche & Salad Lunch – GF Available with fillings such as:

  • Smoked Salmon
  • Spinach and feta (V)
  • Leek & mushroom (V)
  • Spanish chorizo and roast pepper
  • Lorraine
  • Served with two (2) salads
  • 1 dessert item (chefs choice) and sliced seasonal fruit

 Sushi Lunch (minimum 20 people)

Choose 4 from the following:

  • Beef Teriyaki
  • Chicken Honey Soy
  • Smoked Salmon and avocado
  • Egg Salad
  • California roll
  • Chicken Avocado.
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegetarian Vietnamese rolls.
  • Served with a Japanese salad
  • 1 dessert item (chefs choice) and sliced seasonal fruit

 Mexican Banquet  (Minimum 20 people)

Construct your own Mexican feast with a choice of:

  • Spicy rice
  • Spicy Pulled pork
  • Mexican Beef
  • Chicken fajitas
  • Empanada
  • Jalapeno poppers
  • Served with traditional bean dip, tortilla wraps and taco shells plus all you need to make a gourmet Mexican lunch
  • 1 dessert item (chefs choice) and sliced seasonal fruit

Yum Cha Banquet

  • Spring rolls, chicken dim sims and pork buns
  • Cashew chicken & Asian greens
  • Peking duck noodle stir fry
  • Vegetarian fried tofu noodle
  • steamed or fried rice
  • Served with 2 sweet items (chefs choice) and sliced seasonal fruit

Italian style Pasta bar Lunch

  • Creamy salmon pasta,
  • Chicken & pesto pappardelle,
  • Spaghetti puttenesca (V)
  • Porcini mushroom risotto
  • Antipasto platter of olives,charcuterie and grilled vegetables.
  • Crusty Bread
  • Served with a Caprese salad and spinach, olive and pecerinio salad
  • Served with a selection of sweet items (chefs choice) and seasonal fruit platter

Thai Banquet

  • Thai Green Chicken Curry
  • Pad Thai Noodle
  • Tofu Yellow Curry
  • Duck Spring Rolls
  • Thai Fish Cakes
  • Served with Jasmine rice and Condiments
  • Served with 2 sweet items (chefs choice) and sliced seasonal fruit

Kebab Buffet

  • Selection of slow cooked meats
  • Pulled Moroccan style beef
  • Smokey BBQ pork
  • Spicy chicken
  • Selection of Condiment’s and salad fillings including: Chilli sauce, garlic yoghurt, hommus and Tabouli salad
  • Chef’s selection of 2 sweet items with seasonal fruit platter
