We are thrilled to share with our community this year's edition of FREDA, our award-winning digital alumnae magazine.
From Brisbane to around the world, our alumnae community is a vibrant, connected and influential global network of almost 3,000 women living and working across 37 countries. With this legacy in mind, we've put together an issue where readers will:
- reconnect with alumnae from across the generations, each with a story to tell and memories to share
- hear from a diverse range of women who are making their mark, inspiring others and shaping the future
- celebrate our diverse group of alumnae who have returned to College, achieved career milestones and received awards, or given back to Women’s, and
- discover what’s happening at Women’s College, including details about the inaugural Alumnae Walk and the Council Room Courtyard Naming Opportunity.
There is so much to acknowledge and celebrate in this issue, and we hope this edition of FREDA leaves readers feeling inspired, empowered and connected to The Women's College alumnae community.

This year's edition of FREDA includes the 2026 Women of the World: Women in Media panel on the cover. (L – R) alumnae Nikki Parkinson (1985), Risa Utama (2018 – 2020), Georgina Robinson (2000), Samantha Heathwood (2000 – 2002) and Bronte Langbroek (2011 – 2013).
