In celebration of the College’s 110th Anniversary in 2024, Mary Wooza will embark on a journey similar to the captivating tale of the Olympic Torch Relay.

Acting as a powerful prelude to the Anniversary Ball, the Mary Wooza Relay will embrace the spirit of the sisterhood at The Women’s College, embarking on an odyssey, travelling vast distances throughout Australia and overseas, and passing through the hands of countless alumnae.

With each step, Mary Wooza will illuminate the path, lighting up the hearts of both alumnae and spectators, fostering a collective sense of pride and connection. From notable alumnae to young alumnae, each relay participant will embody the spirit of the Sisterhood of the Travelling Mary Wooza. Their personal journeys, coupled with their passion for everything Women’s, will leave an indelible mark on the relay.

Join us as we embark on this remarkable expedition, tracing the footsteps of the Sisterhood of the Travelling Mary Wooza Relay. Through vivid storytelling, captivating imagery and insightful interviews, the College will aim to capture each relay moment on our Wooza_World Instagram page.

Alumnae are invited to participate in the Sisterhood of the Travelling Mary Wooza. To do so, please follow the steps below.

  1. Purchase a limited-edition 110th Anniversary Mary Wooza doll from our online store.
  2. Take photos and/or videos of yourself with Mary Wooza wherever you are in the world.
  3. Send your photos and videos to The Women’s College using the Sisterhood of the Travelling Mary Wooza form (below). Your photos/videos will then be published on our Wooza_World Instagram page.
