Project Description
2023 Women of the World Q&A | Women in STEM
The sixth instalment of our popular Women of the World Q&A Series was held on Thursday 27 April. This event saw a change from the series being held as a networking dinner to a breakfast, and featured a panel of the following women in STEM:
- Medina Handley | Integrate Planning Coordinator, Seqwater
- Sally Shrapnel | Quantum research scientist, data scientist, philosopher & medical practitioner
- Bianca Watt | Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Uber Technologies
- Bree Zannes | Manager Engineering Quality, Airbus
Our panel discussed their greatest achievements in their STEM fields, and issues and challenges that their industries will face 20 years from now. Young alumnae and students studying or working in STEM fields also heard great advice to help them succeed in their future STEM career.
Part of the Ready to Lead program, the Women of the World Q&A is a series of networking events that feature industry-related panel discussions.
