Created with students in mind, the Maximise Your Energy! workshop teaches techniques, tips and tricks for students to get better sleep to maximise their energy everyday. With a focus on sleep for learning and sleep, stress, and anxiety, Shea Morrison (pictured right), Co-Founder and Director of the Goodnight Co., provides practical tips to minimise the negative effects of all-nighters, deep dives into napping, and the best ways to drink caffeine without disrupting your sleep.
