Alumnae from The Women’s College are invited to join the College’s tour of Government House and morning tea on Thursday 29 September 2022, from 10:30am to 12:00pm.

Government House, also known as Fernberg (German for distant mountain), is Queensland’s premier heritage home and the working residence of the Queensland Governor. Each week, the doors of Fernberg are opened and guests are warmly welcomed to experience a treasured piece of Queensland’s history through tours where visitors will learn about the history of the House as well as the constitutional, ceremonial and community roles of the Governor.
